Let's say you're recording a video in a room and... THE ECHO IS REALLY BAD! Luckily, we can fix that in Adobe Audition. First, import your audio into Audition, then review the clip. “Hello Echo.” Now go to Effects, Filter and EQ and then click Parametric Equalizer. Grab the marker labeled 1 and raise it. Next, increase the Q/Width to about 16. Move the marker around until you hear the echo in the room. Then lower the marker to about 40 or 60 dB. Repeat with the other markers until you silence as much echo as possible. Once done, hit Apply and your audio should sound completely different. “Hello, Echo.” “Goodbye, Echo.” Now the audio sounds way better!
